BOSS GT-10 の紹介ビデオが公開されました。手前のギタリストは分かりませんが、後ろのギタリストは Robert Marcello のようです。
さて、ビデオですが、BOSS のエフェクタ、そしてマルチエフェクタの歴史を紹介した後、1:00 から GT-10 の紹介が始まります。

さて、私は GT-8 との比較が気になるのですが、以下が大きなポイントになるようです。

いいなぁ。私は GT-8 を先日入手したばかり……。orz
ウィザード方式の音色作成に興味を持つ人が多いと思うのでスクリプトを挙げておきます。

The easy tone wizard provides interactive menus and graphic icons to let you create pro tones in seconds, even if you've never used a multi-effects unit. The unique positional tone control lets you edit effects by simply moving a pointer to the desired sound type of a tone grid. This intuitive function adjusts multiple effect parameters at once behind the scenes, which is one control.

Press the CREATE button under EZ TONE. Choose the type of pickups you'll be using, single coil or humbuckers. Choose the type of device you'll be hearing the GT-10 through. Next there are 15 tone categories, from blues to modern metal, to liverpool, to country, to punk, and everything in between. Then simply choose a tone variation within that musical category. To visually dial up your pre-amp tone, use the mind-blowing positional tone control to move the marker anywhere on the tone grid from hard to soft, or solo to backing. Finally use the positional tone control to visually dial in your effects, such as delay. It's that easy.
